About Motool Technology

Motool Technology started with a straightforward observation: too many auto shops and home mechanics were paying premium prices for lifting equipment that underperformed. The founding team, a group of mechanical engineers and automotive service veterans, set out to close that gap between cost and capability.

The company's first product line centered on two-post car lifts. Those early units went through months of stress testing before reaching a single customer. Engineers loaded them beyond rated capacity, cycled hydraulic systems thousands of times, and measured steel fatigue at every joint and weld point. That testing discipline became the company's signature. Every Motool Technology product still passes 115% dynamic load and 150% static load validation before leaving the facility.

The product line expanded based on direct feedback from working technicians. Shop owners asked for tire service equipment with the same durability standards as the lifts. Motool Technology responded with tire changers featuring alloy steel jaws, carburization-treated surfaces, and integrated bead blasters. Wheel balancers with laser-guided measurement followed. Each new product went through the same rigorous testing protocol.

Today the catalog spans eight core product lines: two-post lifts, four-post lifts, mid-rise scissor lifts, tire changer machines, wheel balancers, and combination packages. Lifting capacities range from 7,700 lbs for compact scissor lifts up to 12,000 lbs for the overhead two-post models. The tire changers handle wheel sizes from 12 to 24 inches, covering everything from compact cars to full-size trucks.

CE certification backs the entire lineup. The hydraulic systems use top-grade motors with options for both 110V and 220V power, so the equipment fits residential garages and commercial bays alike. Reinforced Q235B steel columns at 4.7mm thickness and lifting arms at 6mm ensure the structures resist bending and metal fatigue under years of daily operation.

Motool Technology serves two distinct customer groups: professional auto service shops that need high-throughput, commercial-grade equipment, and home garage enthusiasts who want professional results without the professional markup. The company designs each product to perform in both environments. Mobile and fixed mount options, compact footprints, and flexible voltage inputs make that possible.

The engineering team continues to refine existing products and develop new ones based on what mechanics and shop owners report from the field. Safety systems receive particular attention. Dual-lock mechanisms, electric safety releases, height limit switches, and 24V control circuits protect operators and vehicles during every lift cycle.

Our Mission & Values

Engineering First

Every product starts with structural analysis and stress testing. The specifications drive the design, not the other way around. CE certification validates what our engineering confirms.

Safety Without Compromise

Dual safety locks, electric releases, height limit switches, and reinforced steel structures. Operators trust their lives to this equipment, and the engineering reflects that responsibility.

Accessible Professional Quality

The same hydraulic systems and steel grades used in commercial shops, available to home garage owners. Professional results at a price that makes upgrading from jack stands a practical choice.
